Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

SENSPA strictly believes in producing quality products to all our customers, and that is our standard.

All products have 14-day exchange and refund policy after the date which the shipment is received, and must meet our criteria:

  • The product/s has/have defective qualities prior to delivery.
  • The product/s received do not match the order.**Customer will be responsible for the additional fee for returning the products.

 

Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable to products sold at regular price. Promotional items may not be applicable for refund process. Refund policy does not cover the shipment fee for returning the product/s.

Duration Until Refund Completion And Means Of Refund

  • Via OMISE, customer to receive full refund within 7 – 14 business days, starting from the day which the issue has been received at SENSPA.
  • Via credit card (applicable only to customers who purchased via credit card), customer to receive full refund within 45 business days, and varies upon policies of each card holder’s banks. Credit will be refunded in the next billing cycle.

 

Product Return Procedures

To request for product return, please report your case to senspathailand@gmail.com with full details of the product/s, reason for returning and image files as proof.

All product return requests will be evaluated by SENSPA, each case must comply with terms and conditions for the return to be completed. Upon completion, customer may choose either one of the following options:

 

Refund

  • Exchange for a new item of the same type of product
  • Credit Voucher for future purchaseDuration For Product EvaluationProduct evaluation process takes 5 – 7 business days , starting from the first day which the product/s is returned to SENSPA. In extraordinary circumstances, evaluation may take longer than 7 business days.
